- If the jewelry item has been damaged due to improper care or mishandling, including exposure to chemicals such as bleaches, corrosive substances, or abrasive materials.
- If the damage or issue with the jewelry item is a result of normal wear and tear.

- Pack the jewelry item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the parcel back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method of your choice. The shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Amount:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within a 10 working days. Please note that we will only refund the amount paid for the original order, excluding any shipping fees.
